Specifying authorities requesting the RoofStar Guarantee may insert the following wording into their specifications:

(i) Workmanship standards conform to the latest RCABC Guarantee Corp. standards as published in the RCABC Roofing Practices Manual for a RoofStar 5 Year, RoofStar 10 Year or RoofStar 5 Year Waterproofing guarantee, unless modified by the contract documents to exceed these minimums.

(ii) Independent Inspection (preferred wording)
* Performed using an independent inspection company acceptable to the RCABC Guarantee Corp., the owner and the consultant
* Performed as required by the RCABC Guarantee Corp. under the RoofStar 5 Year or RoofStar 10 Year guarantee programs
* Inspection costs are to be paid directly by the owner

(iii) Independent Inspection (optional wording)
* Performed using an independent inspection company acceptable to the RCABC Guarantee Corp., the owner and the consultant, to be assigned by the RCABC Guarantee Corp.
