The <b>RGC Roofing Practices Manual</b> ("RPM", "Manual") and its Standards are freely accessible to anyone (the “user”) but are intended solely for the purpose of qualifying a <i>project</i> for a <b><i>RoofStar Guarantee</b></i>; they must not be considered a comprehensive resource for roofing and waterproofing at grade. Note that all Standards must be read in conjunction with the installation requirements published variously by <i>manufacturers</i> or testing authorities. Ultimate responsibility for a design that relies on this <i>Manual</i> and its Standards rests with the user.

By using this <i>Manual</i> the "user" consents to these terms and agrees to hold the owner of this <i>Manual</i> (the Roofing Contractors Association and its entities) harmless from any and all claims arising out of the use or misuse of any part of this <i>Manual</i>.
