Manufacturer: Dupont Specialty Products Division - Safety and Construction Accepted for RoofStar Guarantee Program 2001 Product Summary DECKMATE* PLUS insulation is specifically designed to provide high quality, economical insulation for conventional roofs, with single-ply, two-ply or four-ply roof membranes. DECKMATE* PLUS roof insulation is an extruded, expanded, Type 3 CAN / ULC S701 polystyrene foam. It has excellent insulating characteristics (RSI-.087 per 25 mm [R 5.0 per inch] of thickness), good compressive strength (140 kPa or 20 psi) and low water absorption (less than 1%). DECKMATE* PLUS has a smooth, high-density skin, and a closed cell structure, with ship-lapped edges on four sides. It is uniform in thickness and consistency, and is easy to cut and handle. When installing, DECKMATE * PLUS can be either loose applied or attached to the substrate with mechanical fasteners, hot asphalt or adhesive. Board size is 600 mm x 2400 mm (2' x 8'), in thickness ranging from 25 mm - 100 mm (1" - 4").
