Increased water retention and soil depth provide for a wider range of plant choices and a more dynamic visual effect. ZinCo's Sedum Roof XL system features: Lightweight Minimal maintenance 100-120 mm of growing medium required, and More diverse plant palette (adapted from the manufacturer's literature) †Systems labeled "Inverted" are designed for a protected membrane roof assembly, also known as an inverted roof assembly.
