1 WORK INCLUDED

(1) Air or Vapour Control Layers
The requirement for a vapour retarder is determined by the design authority.
(2) Insulation
See available insulation products in the Accepted Materials section of this Manual.
(3) Insulation Overlay
Where required.
(4) Primary Membrane and Membrane Protection
(5) Membrane Flashing
Carried up wall minimum 200 mm (8") above roof surface. Caulked at top edge.
(6) Wall Base Flashing
Install as detailed. Slide behind building paper under stucco.
(7) Metal Flashing Fasteners
Appropriate fasteners depending on parapet construction, at maximum 300 mm (12") o.c.
(8) Reglet
To cover lower reglet assembly. Install as detailed.
(9) Caulking
Polyurethane sealant, fill to top of flashing and crown to promote drainage.

2 RELATED WORK BY OTHERS

(A) Acceptable Supporting Deck Structure
(B) Wood Blocking
(C) Wall Finish
Concrete finish or wood sheathing.
(D) Existing Stucco
Saw cut 250 mm (10") above roof surface.
