RoofStar Guarantee Standards are blue-linked

SBS Details

(1) Flashing: 0.08 mm (0.032", 20 gauge) Aluminum or 0.56 mm (16 oz) copper to CSA B272-93 flashing supplied by anchor manufacturer with flanges sealed by roofer.
(2) Flashing Flange: minimum 100 mm (4") flange set in coating of compatible sealant.
(3) Primary Membrane and Membrane Flashing.
(4) Protected Membrane Roof Assembly: Flashing to extend a minimum 200 mm (8") above finished roof surface (pavers, ballast, or walkways)
(5) Conventional Roof Assembly: Flashing to extend a minimum 200 mm (8") above finished roof surface.
(6) Insulation: See available insulation products in the Accepted Materials section of this Manual.

(A) Acceptable Supporting Deck Structure: Concrete slab shown, see anchor manufacturer's attachment details for other deck types.
(B) Roof Anchor: Anchor selection and attachment details are the responsibility of the Design Authority
(C) Anchor Eye
(D) Water Tight Cap
