The <b>RGC Roofing Practices Manual</b> ("RPM", "Manual") and its Standards are freely accessible to anyone (the “User”).  By using any or all resources in this <i>Manual</i>, the User agrees with and consents to the following conditions:
<ol>
<li>All materials in this <i>Manual</i> are intended solely to support a project designed to qualify for a <b><i>RoofStar Guarantee</b></i>, which is issued by the RCABC Guarantee Corp. (<b>RGC</b>);
<li>Neither the <i>Manual</i> generally, nor the Standards specifically, are a comprehensive resource for roofing and waterproofing at grade, and therefore the User must be familiar with all aspects of a project's design and construction;
<li>All RGC Standards must be read together with the Building Code having jurisdiction, with local or regional requirements, and in conjunction with the installation requirements published variously by <i>manufacturers</i>;
<li>All the content in a given Standard is applicable to the design and construction of a project; the User must therefore be familiar with the entirety of a Standard and not just with select Parts.
<li>Full responsibility for a design that relies on this <i>Manual</i> and its Standards rests with the User.
