1 TRA with THERMastic 100
1.1 Description
The TREMLINE ROOF ASSEMBLY (TRA) utilizes TRA elastomeric sheet and THERMastic 100, a proprietary hot applied elastomeric modified bitumen adhesive for fully adhering the TRA Sheet. TRA sheet is formulated from a select composition of polymers, reinforced with scrim.

2.1 Description
- TRA-LRM utilizes TRA elastomeric sheet and Tremlar LRM (aka TP60), a cold applied, bitumen modified, moisture curing polyurethane elastomer used to adhere and seam the TRA sheet.

- Ensure that flashing extends onto roof membrane a minimum of 150 mm (6") and terminates a minimum of 200 mm (8").above roof membrane.
- Mechanically fasten flashing membrane 200-300 mm (8-12") on centre, along outside fascia and along upper edge of wall flashing.
- Install metal counterflashing or apply One-Coat Aluminum as a protective reflective coating at the rate of 0.8 litres / sqm (2 gal / 100 sq. ft).
SURFACING
- Install 300 mm (12") strips of polyethylene on the cured overpours of the installed TRA. Place the specified thickness of extruded polystyrene insulation, woven polyolefin scrim fabric and ballast at the rate of 49 kg / sqm (1000 lb / square).
