System Summary
SKYWATER® SOPRAFLOW CONTROL Hybrid Systems by SOPREMA® are a combination of blue roof and green roof. This assembly offers the manufacturer's best water retention capacity of the SKYWATER®systems available. Rainwater is retained both in the SOPRANATURE® vegetated roof and in the SOPRARETENTIO MODULE, which is located under the vegetated roof. This system makes it possible to reduce the volume of water as well as the flow discharged to the sewer, because of the use of the SOPRAFLOW CONTROL flow regulator (See the link at right to the manufacturer's online resources page for more information).

Guarantor's Notes
Systems labeled "Inverted" are designed for a protected membrane roof assembly, also known as an inverted roof assembly.
While Semi-intensive and Intensive vegetated roof systems are limited to only protected membrane roofs (See the Sentence 1.1.3.2.(5) in the "RGC Standard for Vegetated Roofs"), some vegetated roof system manufacturers offer their systems for conventionally insulated roofs. To request a written Variance to the published limitation, follow the requirements in Article 1.1.3.6..
