Accessories are components incorporated in the primary waterproofing/water-shedding membrane, or included in a roof system as an adjunct to it. Not all of these accessories are used in or applicable to every type of roof system, and the reader is urged to become familiar with each product's specifications and installation requirements. Accessories are not currently part of the Accepted Material program, but are listed here for reference to specifiers, designers and installers.

Coatings

Coatings are not a waterproofing product, but rather enhance solar reflectivity or other properties of a membrane. The inclusion of these materials, although acceptable under the RoofStar Guarantee Program, is not part of the Guarantee.
