The RGC Roofing Practices Manual ("RPM", "Manual") and its Standards are freely accessible to anyone (the “user”) but are intended solely for the purpose of qualifying a project for a RoofStar Guarantee; they must not be considered a comprehensive resource for roofing and waterproofing at grade. Note that all Standards must be read in conjunction with the installation requirements published variously by manufacturers or testing authorities. Ultimate responsibility for a design that relies on this Manual and its Standards rests with the user.
By using this Manual the "user" consents to these terms and agrees to hold the owner of this Manual (the Roofing Contractors Association and its entities) harmless from any and all claims arising out of the use of any part of this Manual.
