Primary Membrane and Membrane Protection

Membrane Flashing

Mechanically fasten to outside face of parapet blocking (D). At least one ply must extend over outside edge. See Perimeter Flashings: Membrane for RoofStar Guarantee Standards.

Metal Base Flashing

Optional on flexible membrane systems. Required on assemblies using gravel ballast filter mats.

Metal Cap Flashing

Flashings 1 and 2 may be one piece. Fasten with continuous concealed clip-type fasteners or cladding screws evenly spaced between seams. See Perimeter Metal Flashings for requirements.
