Product Summary
ISOGARD CG, manufactured by Elevate (formerly Firestone Building Products Canada), is a a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core laminated to a specially coated, inorganic, fibreglass facer, and replaces Resista. However, the change also represents an improvement to the product; Resista was rated as a Type 1 "Polyiso" insulation (compressive strength: 138 kPa), while ISOGARD CG can now be classified as Type 2, achieving a published compression resistance value greater than 140 kPa. Refer to the Technical Data Sheet for specific values and testing criteria.
