Manufacturer and Acceptance Manufacturer http://www.garlandcanada.ca Accepted for the RoofStar Guarantee Program October 2020 Accepted for application in Water-shedding Systems (ASM) as an underlayment Product Summary R-Mer Seal is a self-adhering high-temperature metal roofing underlay-ment. is composed of a durable, non-slip, cross-laminated polymer film laminated to a high-temperature rubberized asphalt adhesive. is manufactured with a split release film that protects the adhesive on the back side of the membrane and prevents the roll from sticking to itself during storage and handling. is engineered for use as a continuous secondary waterproofing underlayment under Garland’s metal roof systems. can also be used in valleys, ridges, penetrations and at eaves for protection against ice dams and wind driven rain.
