Specifying and Installing materials

The Standards published in this Part pertain generally to the installation of materials, but are not written to address specific limitations or conditions under which each material may be used. For example, some Accepted materials may be installed without an insulation overlay, whereas other materials require an overlay. Therefore, when designing a Waterproofing System or installing its materials, the reader is strongly advised to review each Accepted Material under consideration and consult the Product Summary for published limitations, conditions or restrictions.
