1 WORK INCLUDED

(1) Valley protection membrane
Accepted self-adhered modified bituminous eave protection membrane.
(2) Valley Metal Panel
Preformed with centre rib.
(3) Metal panel clip
Installed to metal roof panel manufacturer's printed instructions.
(4) Valley panel overlap
Overlaps minimum 200 mm (8") sealed with two rows of acceptable sealant or butyl tape, and secured with drag load fasteners.
(5) Membrane flashing
Accepted self-adhered modified bituminous eave protection membrane.
(6) Underlayment
The type of underlay required is determined by roof slope.
(7) Ventilation layer
A ventilation space is required on slopes less than 1:3; entangled mesh (shown) may be used as void fill. The ventilation space facilitates drying as condensation forms on the underside of the metal panels.
(8) Sealant or pre-formed closures
Required at the bottom ends of panels.
(9) Architectural metal roof panel
