OVERVIEW
The AR5150 Nail Strip panel is formed with an on-site / in-shop continuous metal roofing panel roll forming machine (Schlebach Quadro Plus). This machine produces a Nail-strip panel with a seam height of 38 mm (1½") and profiles can vary from 200 mm (8") wide up to 637.5 mm (25½") wide . This machine also produces a Snap-lock panel and a mechanically seamed panel.
On-site roll forming provides for the elimination of end laps with continuous panel forming capabilities in lengths up to nominal 46 m (150').
