OVERVIEW

Lam Metal Berridge T-Panel can be roll formed as straight, tapered or curved to any radius greater than 10’ in continuous length from a coil. Panel width is 12 ¾" (324 mm) with a 5/8" (16 mm) leg, and a nominal 1" (25 mm) seam height after clipping on the Snap-On Seam.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

  1. General: Berridge T-Panel employ a hidden fastening system for securement to a solid substrate. Panel seams are covered by extruded vinyl weatherseal to prevent siphoning or flooding over seam and the panels are seamed together by Snap-On Seam.
  2. Range of application: on wood or metal sloped roofs; in commercial, institutional, industrial and residential construction; for re-roofing or new construction.
  3. Fasteners (Screws): Use 11 gauge 1¼" galvanized roofing for installation over wood, and use #10 x 1¼" pancake head tek screws for installation over metal. One fastener per clip @ minimum 20" O.C.
  4. Clips: One piece assembly consisting of a No. 26 GA minimum thick coated steel base approximately 1" wide x 2" long as manufactured by Berridge Manufacturing in Denver, USA.
